Waverley Model Railway Club
I mentioned earlier it was a long weekend, right?
It was the Queen's Birthday holiday on Monday, so we went to Brandon Park to see this:
Fascinating, all in all, and I casually mentioned that these elderly gentlemen must have such a passion for this hobby. And what did Wilkin reply? Something like waste of time and money. So, what else can I say? End of discussion lor, right? Haha! That was funny, a two sentence discussion. Can enter Guinness Book of Record or not?
Aidan was all the while very quiet, surprisingly, and I can see that he was really concentrating on those mini trains chugging along the trails. There are even invisible trail lines for the buses. Those people really did a great job. There was even a train model maker there to show us his skills.
At the end of the visit, who can miss the king of all children's train, Thomas?

Those remind me of my brother. He was railroad hobbyist. Had all kinds of miniature trains.
SA - it's amazing isn't it? these tiny little horseys and buildings. it was a good exhibition :)
