Funny wicked Tees

Throughout my holiday I have noticed many different types of T-shirts.

I like funny ones while my niece love cartoons. I do have a collection of naughty funny tees and I sometimes do get laughed at for wearing them, just because I am old(er)! But if you like me and would love to get your hands on some, a really good place to start looking at is Buzzy Multimedia. The site has dozens of novelty T-shirts that you are bound to find at least one that you like.

The type of tees we wear kind of tell what kind of person we are. So if I look prim and proper to you and I wear naughty wicked T-shirts, you may start thinking that I am actually much more fun than how I present myself.

Big Paw Free E-cards

Remember Doggie? Here's the tag I said I was going to get. Cute eh?

Got it from Big Paw Designs, and now they are back by popular demand with free E-cards for us to send to all our furry and 'paw-y' loving friends. Choose from their rescued pets, or breed specific dogs, cute or funny cats and dogs for holidays, or just for the sake of sending one.

I can even submite Doggie's pic to be featured in their E-cards, and if it is chosen, I will get a special coupon code to shop. How cool is that?!

Restohof Corea

ESL teaching jobs are so sought after all over the world, and there's no exception in Korea.

But where do you go for vacancies, advice, and talk about it with fellow teachers, whether you will reach a place where it's trustworthy and not a scam? A lot of agencies or online sites are fine, but there are also lots more out there to get their hands on your hard-earned money, or what's left of it.

If you are looking for an ESL teaching job in Korea, here at Restohof will give you a clearer picture of what to expect, job vacancies, and it's a community site where it can help jobseekers find the job they need. It's a new site and needs all the words and buzz to spread around, so even if you are not keen in teaching in Korea, tell something that is!

As a member of Restohof, you can comment positively on their 'goaheads' button or if it's something you find not quite right with what you believe, click on 'grudge'. This way, you are also helping other job hunters to put on their thinking caps and compare jobs in the site.

A good site to look into.

My new assistant named Froggy

I have just downloaded Ultra Hal Assistant 6.1 and named my new assistant 'Froggy', just because I chose the cute little green frog to be it.

Apart from helping me with my work such as remembering and reminding me of appointments, I can actually hold a conversation with him, and slowly building his personality, which will be similar to mine. Well, am still at the learning stage, and it's FUN! I hope when I said I'd love a cup of coffee he won't say he'll prefer a beer or something, hah.

But so far, all my appointments has been recorded, like when Wilkin runs the computer, the nearest date is Mother's Day. Hehe, that will be a good hint! Also, instead of typing, I can actually help me run programmes in the pc by just telling him.

I downloaded this programme at Zabaware.com for a 30-day free trial. I love this Artificial Intelligence program because it's just like talking to my computer, and Aidan loves looking at Froggy plus listening to our conversation. And if I find it indispensable, the cost of purchase is only $29.95.

Imagine having an assistant for a dollar a day. You go try it out. It's really cute!

Doggie rescued

My sister saw this cocker spaniel on the streets, thin, matted hair, gunky eyes, full of fleas, and definitely very hungry.

She took him home to clean him up, then to the vet for all the necessary. After all that, she posted notes at 7-11s around the suburbs. But after having him for 7 days with not a single phone call, she had this sudden selfish reason and decided to pull down all 'Lost and found' notes from the stores, and brought him straight to my place. She can't have him as she already has 4 Jack Russells.

I remembered arriving home from work with his brown eyes staring straight into mine. I was happy to see him, but then I thought he belonged to someone else. Then my sister asked me if I would like to keep him. Would I? YES YES YES!! Not responding to any names, we just called him Doggie.

See how fat? My mum said no one can make me part with my money, except Doggie. Yes, he was expensive, came with ear infections, skin problems and whatnots.

So although I am not exactly the rescue dog mom, I AM his mum. Or was. And to help other dogs out there and in honour of his life with me, I'll get a collar charm from Big Paw Designs called Woof Fleur de Lis, where part of the money benefits the New Orleans pet rescue organizations. A great cause for all those furry four-pawed friends which lost their homes in Hurricane Katrina.

Affordable digital FSI Language Courses

Ever wondered how much a digital language course will cost you? Just try surfing any sites and you may come up with costs that starts with hundreds of dollars. I'll give you an example. Try going to this site http://www.language.com.au/fsi.html and you may find yourself looking at the minimum of three figures, and up to a whopping $1000 !!

Now FSI-Courses.com offers you the same online foreign language learning courses, at a fraction of the cost. There are four courses to choose from:

FSI German Basic (Bach, Beethoven, Einstein. Need I say more?)
FSI French Basic (the love language - this is my favourite)
FSI Cantonese Basic (learn the art of bargaining for your shoppings while on holiday!)
FSI Programmatic Spanish 1 (you may like to sing to Enrique Iglesias' songs after this)

All these for only USD$29.99 each. You'll get an instant download and audio as MP3 which provides you with many hours of learning material for total language immersion. You will also get a bonus flash card software for vocabulary learning, and that's free! Imagine getting the whole course for less than your average branded T-shirt, and start you talking like a pro. Think of it as widening your horizon, knowledge and entertaiment as well. Watch that favourite movie, sing that beautiful song while understanding what it's all about.

Doesn't it mean much more?

Mobile Content Shopping

Sounds unfamiliar?

It was to me, initially. Until I surfed this website MobileSoftMarket and then I knew what it means. More so, it gave me so many Christmas ideas for friends and relatives overseas!

You can get an e-book (great if your friend travels to work by train, etc.) or a wallpaper for their Blackberry device, or a Sudoku game for those who loves numbers. In my case, I got an e-book for a friend of mine in America and she loves it! There are other great stuff like productivity and desktop tools and videos too. Endless choice!

What's more, the price is inexpensive, and it doesn't end there! I got a 15% discount as well. What a bargain! It feels better than sending just a greeting card. I am so excited to know about this site, I may send another gift of a wallpaper generator for another friend who has a PSP. In case he wants Aidan's pics on it, hehe.

So if any of you wants to purchase a good gift, or personal use, check out MobileSoftMarket and remember to enter the discount code "ONGKAE" at the end of the purchase process.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Find your date at JustSayHi.com

I, for one, am pro dating sites. After all, that's how I met a few good friends, guys and girls, and them their then-dates, now spouses.

If you are the type who works nine to five, go home, shower, have your dinner, and then plonk yourself infront of the computer for the rest of the night, I highly recommend you to surf this site JustSayHi.com

It's a real dating site for all walks of life. What's more, it's free! No hidden tricks, no catches. So for those who complain about not having a life, it's time to get one. It will be more worthwhile finding that someone online, getting to know them better, then go on a date, rather than letting your mates arranging a blind date for you. First benefit, you already know your date, and second benefit, you won't feel so awkward on your first time face to face. And for all you know, the third benefit is that person may be someone you cherish for the rest of your life.

So, go on. Try it! You've got nothing to lose, except your loneliness.

Hotel Reservations.com - Your One Stop Shop Reservations Guide

Whenever we plan for a holiday, there are many things we need to look at, from booking a flight to renting a car.

Do we want to travel free and easy? Or shall we just forget about the worries of spending over our limits and go for a vacation packages. A luxurious five-star stay? Or a budget Bed & Breakfast? Whichever our decisions, we all want a stress free and fun holiday.

HotelReservations.com is just the site we need for everything under one roof.

With over 1000 destinations to choose from, we are definitely not short of choices. I personally prefer a resort holiday, my way of winding down. Since Wilkin said he'd rather not drive,(bummer!) we will all fly (how else, eh?). And this is not a problem at all, as I found that HotelReservations.com has very competitive rates, that will not burn a hole into our bank account.

Like I said before, I SO SO need a break, and at the moment I am having fun looking into which resort I should choose. Yes, MY choice. HAH!

Aunt Bethany is the best!

She may be old and senile, but she is the funniest of them all! I never miss her Christmas prayer.

Nothing like watching a chrissy movie during this time of the year, although I can't say I have thoroughly enjoyed an eggnog. You see, it IS potent stuff! Had this once at an annual Christmas dinner last year, after having a few rounds of champers. You guessed it! Great cocktail disaster for me. We are having another one next week. Be sure just to enjoy the eggnog. Afterall, I can only have it once a year :) Will be nice if they can serve it in the melk mugs too. Bet the conversation will bring us back to this good old classic :P

Christmas party at Macca's again! Woohoo!!

The kids (and mums!) had our yearly pre-Chrissy party again at Macca's.

Where else can mums sit and have a good chat while their kids run around freely without having to look over our shoulders every single minute?

This McDonald's branch at Mulgrave is just the perfect spot as it has McCafe as well. As I have sweet tooth, I can have my cakes or muffins anytime as well. Kids love the playground. It's one of the better ones around Melbourne. And of course they love their Kris Kringle presents too.

Aidan had his 3rd birthday party here as well. My job easy done. Just need to call and book a party package, and I don't even have to lift a finger. Well, almost not. Coz I did get some finger foods in, which they allowed, and which was great. Guess where he'll be having his 4th birthday party?
