A lazy mum's short cut meal
Yep. Am still lazy.
So this is one lazy dinner Aidan is going to have tonight. Diced veggies like a carrot, a potato, a stalk of celery and a leaf of wombok (chinese cabbage) with minced chicken meat. Then a small teaspoon of organic vegetable broth. All in a slow cooker, from noon till evening.
All on one lar. Meat and veggie and rice. Okay, kan?
Wilkin can fry his own lamb chop. Am going on a crash diet and will have organic corn thins with tuna and lotsa milochino (Milo + coffee). Try it, tastes great :)
See how long I can last..

haha....me lagi lazy, this afternoon just veggies+minced pork and plain porridge for qiqi!
I find that tuna is excellent diet food. Actually any kind of fish is super for a diet.
And sounds like Aidan is eating good, lazy or not.
Last time when I took care of Zac alone at home, I'm also very lazy, just grab whatever recipe that I could think of to sneak through everyday. I'm a lazy cook lah... LOL :)

mummy to qiqi - that sounds yummy too. i love teochew porridge :)
SA - yeah, but not so nice when i burp at work :P and well, i try to get more veggies into him, he doesn't notice it much when i make soup with them :P
janice - depending on my mood, sometimes i like to cook a little bit more, sometimes plain lazy.
Thats a good veggie strategy.
As for burping. You have breath mints at the store, right? Is no problem them.
SA - we sure do. i actually cooked some stir fry garlic stems last night, i love them but didn't bring to work. it would have been pungent! :P i came home to a room filled with my hubby's foul breath from that, haha.
wish there is organic vege broth here. nowadays, i only use miso paste.
btw, why are you on a crash diet? you look fine mah.
