Tonight's the night!
Somtimes I tend to be greedy and buy lots of veggie from Boxhill as it is cheaper than the supermarkets. And then I get some veggies from my FIL, so I don't get to cook the meals I intended to cook.
After nearly a week, I thought I had better use it all up before they go soft or crinkly. Hence dinner for last night was this. 
Meat and veggies all in one. Gau tim!
Tonight am not wokking. Am going out for my long awaited Phantom of the Opera. Woohooo.... gotta go dig my cupboard for something nice to wear. That is, if I have any :P

Pssst, that opera showed here 4 years ago, I never saw it, but my mrs did. Never been an opera guy, sad to say...but if dating a beautiful lady in a YSL evening dress? What time you say the show starting? UL.

u.lee - first time since i am here (about 7 years) my hubby is just like u. i had to drag him to Miss Saigon when we were in HK. he is most happy to babysit this time :P play starts at 7pm, don't be late :) we can have a little night cap later :P
