Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

I didn't quite realize it is today. So for all my friends who are celebrating Hari Raya, have a great weekend and eat an extra ketupat for me :( Or send me some batang buruk if you can, not that I don't already have one! Kakakakakakaka!!

Tomorrow we are going to a friend's house for barbeque lunch. Now I know why lar. She's a Muslim, although her husband and her two daughters are not. I don't know how it works, but maybe she's from Sri Lanka and the rules there and here are not as strict? Dunnoh.

Anyway, yep, they are having a small celebration. Was told don't have to bring anything, usually for meat we won't, as she gets halal meat, but I can't go empty handed. Therefore, last minute I whipped this up for the kids:

Whaddaya reckon? Will they love it?

Only in MALAYSIA that it is so strict lah. Even the most populous Muslim country, i.e. Indonesia is NOT as strict as Malaysia.
