First day CNY

While most of you are donning on your new, colourful or bright outfit, I started the morning with a workout at Curves in my workout gears. Not bad for a new year's resolution, hey. A Chinese New Year resolution, that is.

I had trouble getting Aidan to wear this shirt, and he sure wasn't too happy about it. It was a present from my SIL in Ipoh two years ago, and he looked pretty smart, if I say so myself :) The only thing is, I could only get him to wear long enough to take this pic, then he wanted to change before going to kinder. And so, being the first day of CNY, I had him wearing his red undies and a red tee, hahaha.



First day of CNY. Really no small matter, it is a cold, wet and windy day. I guess in its own way, it is trying to tell us it is good! 'Dai sui lei' (Water come! Water = Money) We will be heading to FIL's place in a while to 'bai lin'.
