Practicing for Mother's Day

Eversince Saturday when Robyn brought the pancake mix over, Aidan has been wanting to make one everyday. Not that he likes to eat it. I think I remembered something about my friend said 'The journey is better than the destination' or something like that.

Tadaa! Yummy pancakes to go with vanilla ice cream. I know, doesn't look that nice, but can't expect much from a junior amateur chef, eh? It's the taste that counts.

Will I get breakfast in bed for Mother's Day? I highly doubt it. Aidan's daddy is just not the type to do this. But then hor, if Aidan keeps cooking a pancake a day, I will have to do one more round in my workout!

If he keeps cooking pancake everyday, I think mommy will stop buying the mix. Hahaha. Good job Aidan.

Hi Sweetpea, thats the youngest chef I have ever seen, let alone one so young making pancakes.
Someday, somewhere, some girl will certainly appreciate his talents.....and everyone knows, behind every son who can cook is a wonderful mother.
And a son may love his sweetheart the most, his wife the best, but his mother the longest.
Whenever I meet a male friend who can cook, they always tell me, "my mother taught me...".
Sweetpea....well done! Lee.

Ha ha ha...your last statement so funny but true. At least for me it is. I realized that it's harder to keep fit without exercising as age catches up :P
