30 and hailing...

What the...?

Not a hot 30 today, cloudy, kinda humid, which is what I like. One o'clock, it was hot and stuffy in the car. Four o'clock, it was pouring down. Hard. So noisy, that it made clankety-clank sound down my column heater, and the backyard roof. I opened the back door to witness showers of white droplets on the ground. Aidan complained it was too noisy, and went into his room, shut the door. Hahaha!

I also saw a man running. Well, I guess he was jogging before this, but was pelleted with hail. That must have hurt. Ouch.

When the hail slowed down, but not before everything was gone, I went outside to pick this up. Not that Aidan hasn't seen this before, but each and every time, it is something somewhat amazing.

I guess we'd better get used to the cranky weather nowadays.
