Free Dress Day and Gold Coin Donation

It was a free dress day today at Prep, and that meant Aidan didn't have to wear his school uniform. It is all part of the Bush Fire Appeal, and students were encouraged to make a gold coin donation.

I gave Aidan a two dollar coin, which I told him to put inside his pant's pocket.

No, Mama.

Why, which pocket do you want to put in then? (He has got seven on that pair of pants!)

Wallet. Naturally.

Wilkin's aunt has got Aidan a Thomas pencil case and a Thomas wallet while she was on holidays in Hong Kong.

I added a little bit more money in the box, in case he loses the note. Ah well, every little bit helps, I hope.
