I do my cardio on the treadmill, and at the end of the session, there is a COOL DOWN button. When I cool down, I still like a certain pace and a 3% inclination, like walking up a hill a little bit. And just because I keyed in my age and weight, it slowed down so much and kept going back to 0%. What? Think I cannot handle the exercise is it? Too old for it, is it? Pi dah!
Now I smart oredi. (Chewah, I love my Manglish) No more FAT BURNING or CARDIO WORKOUT. I go MANUAL.
