Surfin' Bali

I found the perfect gift for my cousin's birthday!

She loves the beach and will be going to Bali for a sunny holiday with her partner. He and I have been secretly in touch to plan her surprise. I told him about the surf camp in Bali and he thought it was a great idea. So while he'll be paying for the accomodation package at Hard Rock Hotel, I'll chip in for her 3 days Beginner Surfing Lesson.

Surfergirls.com is the site for those who love anything about surfing. Women only, of course. Its Surf Shop directs you to great stores selling surf jewellery, clothes to music and books. Then there are surf news. stories and forums where relevant information and resources available to the watersports enthusiasts.

I like the fact that Surfer Girls also support environmental and animal welfare organizations. With dozens of links to click on, to either just learn about the ocean world, or lend a hand of support for the animals all over the world. I contribute to Lost Dogs' Home so naturally I was very excited to see it is linked to the site.

Those who can't go to Bali, do not despair. The site's listing almost complete every corner of the earth, so pick your choice destination and get those passports and suntan lotions ready.
