Remembering a Special Day

When my friend got married on Valentine's Day last year, it was a very hot day. I remembered asking the groom if he was already cooked in his suit.

Apart from the weather, which was otherwise perfect for a wedding day, the reception was beautiful. Sue has meticulously gone through every detail from the wedding song to wedding favors. She is a real 'people' person and made sure all their bridesmaids and groomsmen's friendship and great assistance for that special day was appreciated.

For the girls, each of them got a pair of pearl earrings, and the groomsmen gift was a pair of cufflinks, each person with a different design to suit their personality. One cute pair I saw was the gambling dice, as the guy worked in the casino. The groom is a real joker.

It was such a beautiful a wedding, I almost cried when they danced to their song.
