Is pocket watch back in fashion?

I see them in stores and in weekend markets. It has been something not widely promoted although I know they are available, but I do see more of them lately.

I suppose a pocket watch would be a perfect present for my hubby on my next gift for him, as he doesn't wear a watch. The only time he has is his mobile phone. Reaching into the pocket for the time will be easier than unclipping his mobile from his belt.
