Hearty beef goulash

Such a big wok. So who's coming for dinner?

No one. Just wanted to freeze some up for dear hubby when Aidan and myself is away. Stews and goulash make great store-aways. This one has got a different twist to the usual ones that I cook. Goulash is typically and Hungarian dish and it's my first attempt at it. The basic ingredient is paprika and I've added caraway seeds as well.

Half way there...

Not bad for a first try, if I may say so myself, heh :P
