Need acne cure pronto!

Must have been something I ate. Too much carb and not enough fruits and veggies maybe. I have had acne all my life but at last they decided to leave me alone a couple of years back. In my late thirties.

Just last few days, they have returned for a visit. With a vengeance! They are huge, hard, red, sore and cystic! The worst part is, I am going for a photo shoot in less than two weeks' time and I want a perfect face!! I need a miracle acne cure, like... yesterday?!
