Double My Size, Double the Workout
I have ballooned over the months somehow. I have to admit age doesn't help in this situation either. With most things heading south and metabolism rate running slower, thirty minutes a day at my workout joint is just not enough.
I have contemplated getting an elliptical machine at home and do at least another half an hour on that. Many years ago, I did forty minutes each on the treadmill and a stepper. So intensified it was together with other weight workouts, today's exercise is such a joke. Being able to fit into my old clothes will be a dream come true for me. Seriously. I don't want to buy new clothes, not larger in size!
