Talk English please

New Year has come and gone. And as part of the tradition, I made up some resolutions. One of those is to fix up our place a little. Hubby and I have been discussing, and with him having to start work tomorrow, he made out a list of things for me to either get a quote or buy.

Sealers, sandpaper, washers, I can deal with. But there in the list, there was a 'spring plungers' staring at my face. I was like "Wha..?" How does it look like? Small, like bolts and nuts? Do they come in sizes? Sigh... time for me to chat up the warehouse team member. Sure doesn't sound like it's going to be easy after all.
