Our dinner

If there is one thing that Aidan likes for dinner, it will be minced meat patties, Chinese style. I marinated the minced pork with sesame oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce and five spice powder. Then I added some chopped up mushrooms and pickled turnips in.




Pan fry them, squish 'em flat.




Waah laahh..... looks more like choc chip cookies here, heh.




Have to balance up protein with carbs, ya? Lou shue fun..... yum yummm.....

Think can get more Chinesey stuff down under than here. I actually bought loads of long-life Hokkien Mee from Melbourne. Hahhaha
