A quickie on ReviewMyPost

I want to review a post on another blog. I click on that, and all it does is ask me to sign up.

And when I did, I have to add my blog to be approved all over again, which is ... waiting. Have I done it the wrong way? And how do I review a post using my current blog? Because when I use my current blog at PPP there is no such opp, whereas there is an opp for the post I clicked on to review on my newly registered one.

Please explain??
