Nail infection and High Blood Pressure

Warning to all that no likey gross pics!

You'd think children will not get nail infection as such, and I was shocked to see this pics in the newsletter received in the pharmacy.

I mean, how can one parent allow it to come to this stage before seeking any treatment?



Of course, I understand there are situations where parents may not be able to act quick enough, or other reasons, but poor children.





And in the case of meningococcal septicaemia, it can kill. All can happen in less than a day after the first symptom. Do recognize the signs and symptoms. Doesn't hurt to know more and be alert about it.



I know. I am gross. And I am continuing with infos on high blood pressure as well. Older people are more at risk for it but that doesn't mean younger ones won't have them. Even if you are healthy, it would be great to know what you can do for someone you know that is affected by this ailment, and that is to have regular check ups and eat wisely.
