Egg-ceptionally yummy and healthy
I ran out of ideas of what to cook for dinner last night. So I gathered what I have in the fridge. Four eggs, spinach, a tomato, mushrooms, and minced meat.
Chopped the tomato, mushrooms and spinach to tiny pieces, marinated the minced pork with soy sauce and a pinch of raw sugar. Beat up the eggs with a dash of milk, and threw everything in.
Result? A yummylicious fluffy omelette which Aidan enjoyed with Vegemite soup. And oh, steamed fish as well.
Now tonight I have roo steak and garlic bread, boiled brussel sprouts for the big boy, and perhaps fried rice with sausages for the little one.
Men! Why can't you fix your own dinners?! Go get some pizza or something. For those ladies who have hubbies who love to cook, good on ya. Never in a million years mine will serve me breakfast in bed.

I was just talking/dreaming about breakfast in bed and all the nice nice things bf can do for me after we get marry..he said ... "don't hurt yourself visualizing wor" grrrr...
haha, at least he's telling the truth and for you not to expect the unexpected from him. 'no surprise, no disappointment', no? :)
My hub can cook but he is lazy. He mastered his cooking during his uni study over at Brisbane :)
I haven't really tasted a good meal from him so far... LOL :)
janice - i'd be very surprised if the meal is good after so many years on not sharpening up his skills, haha. mine just dump everything into a pot of boiling water.

no way i can get hubby to cook anything cos his standard doesn't qualify even instant noodles, he makes them too soft n yucky!
kev - much as we love vegemite, we are not THAT adventurous :) back home in ipoh when i was a kid, we used to drink heaps of marmite soup.
amah - that's how my hubby likes it, haha. but i think some men play dumb, so they don't have to do anything :P
