Aidan is homesick
Firstly, thanks for all who commented. But please forgive if I didn't and don't reply during this 'break'.
Aidan being homesick came totally unexpected to see him upset (when he isn't playing with my grandnieces, happy and running around) made me felt so much for him. His eyes were all red and kept saying 'We go home' and kept asking for his trains Toby and Emily.
I promised him today that we will go shopping and get him a new friend for Thomas. When he asked for his dad, I hate to tell him that dad is in Hong Kong (not that he knows where that is) with his 'Khai Yeh' (godfather) and that we will see him next week. He will be quiet for a while as if to think and digest what I have just said, and sometimes he will ask to go home again. Saddens me much to see him this way.
Apart from that, he loves it and have a great time with Kay and Yan. I feel bad to go back to Ipoh later today as it will be another BIG change for him, Kay and Yan won't be following.
Gotta go play bubbles with the kids now. Ciao~
