Franchising with GMAC Real Estate

A cousin of mine who works in the real estate industry sometimes complain to me that it is difficult to keep the business up as being an individual company, a lot of potential buyers do not recognize the name, therefore the background is questionable.

He was thinking perhaps real estate franchise is the way to go, especially if with a reputable company that will help to work with building his profitability and grow financial assets. At least there will be constant training, tools, systems and benefits to help compete in today's tough marketplace. I asked if it was very expensive, and the good news is that it has a flexible franchise pricing model to consider.
